These terms apply to this service only. Use of Facebook, Instagram, Meta or TikTok remains subject to each provider’s own terms, policies, eligibility rules and technical limitations.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You represent that you are legally able to agree and are authorized to act for any business, client or social account you connect or manage.
2. The service
The service supports studio operations such as client management, tasks, calendars, content preparation, approvals, finance records, reporting and authorized social-platform workflows. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed as the service and third-party APIs evolve.
4. Client content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant seifelleathy Studios a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, adapt, transmit and publish that content only as needed to provide the requested service. You represent that you have all rights, releases, licences and approvals required for content, music, trademarks, personal data, advertising claims and publishing instructions.
5. Meta, TikTok and other third-party services
The service is independently operated and is not sponsored, endorsed or controlled by Meta or TikTok. Platform availability, scopes, reviews, rate limits, account eligibility, music availability, publishing formats, advertising access and moderation decisions are controlled by the relevant provider. We cannot guarantee that a provider will approve an app, account, post, campaign or requested permission.
Users must comply with applicable platform terms, developer policies, community rules, advertising policies and intellectual-property requirements, including the Meta Terms and TikTok Terms of Service.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Access or control an account without authorization; bypass platform security; scrape prohibited data; or obtain passwords, tokens or personal information deceptively.
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, dangerous, deceptive or spam content.
- Interfere with the service, probe security without written permission, distribute malware, evade rate limits or misuse APIs.
- Misrepresent affiliation, engagement, approvals or advertising results.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting incidents, provider outages, API changes, expired tokens, account restrictions or review decisions may delay or prevent a requested action. Users should independently confirm time-sensitive publications and campaigns on the destination platform.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for security risk, non-payment under a separate client agreement, unlawful activity, platform-policy violations, misuse, loss of authorization or material breach. Users may stop using the service and request disconnection or deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably be applied to a custom business-management service, including uninterrupted operation, third-party approval, or any guaranteed commercial, advertising, reach or engagement result. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, seifelleathy Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from third-party platforms, unauthorized instructions, user-provided content, lost opportunities or provider enforcement decisions. Any mandatory liability remains limited only to the extent the law permits.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised through the contact below in an attempt to resolve them in good faith.
